污泥脫水機(jī)（轉(zhuǎn)鼓脫水機(jī)）工藝流程
1. 重力脫水區(qū)：物料進(jìn)入料箱，經(jīng)過料箱的折流除砂后均勻的布在重力脫水區(qū)的網(wǎng)帶上，依靠重力的作用，脫出介質(zhì)中的游離水。

3. 回旋脫水區(qū)：該區(qū)段主要依靠上下網(wǎng)帶重合，中間夾住介質(zhì)，通過網(wǎng)帶的張力和網(wǎng)帶繞回輥產(chǎn)生的擠壓力，擠出水分。
4. 壓榨脫水區(qū)：該區(qū)段采用對(duì)輥偏心擠壓的方法，使局部產(chǎn)生高壓，從而提高介質(zhì)濃度，完成固液分離。加壓方式一般為氣動(dòng)加壓。

污泥脫水機(jī)*
