概述
JF-202模板式自動(dòng)
數(shù)粒機(jī)是通過(guò)數(shù)片模板進(jìn)行整粒、數(shù)粒，再通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)入灌裝通道進(jìn)行裝瓶這個(gè)設(shè)備由物料盤(pán)、數(shù)片模板、擺動(dòng)模板、擺動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、下料機(jī)構(gòu)及控制系統(tǒng)。整機(jī)采用全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，PLC系統(tǒng)操作，還裝有多項(xiàng)保護(hù)裝置
主要特點(diǎn)
操作簡(jiǎn)單、維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)便。有計(jì)數(shù)，參數(shù)可設(shè)定、數(shù)據(jù)可顯示等。
使用范圍廣，可用于圓瓶、方瓶及扁瓶。
機(jī)器采用觸摸屏控制，PLC控制系統(tǒng)，運(yùn)行可靠
平穩(wěn)、適用性強(qiáng)。
擺動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用內(nèi)孔偏心中心軸結(jié)構(gòu)，變頻調(diào)速產(chǎn)生擺動(dòng)效果好、噪聲低。主機(jī)生產(chǎn)速度、篩動(dòng)頻率均可調(diào)節(jié)。
與藥物接觸部分為316L不銹鋼或者無(wú)毒化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定的非金屬材料制作。
Overview
JF-202 Template Counting Machine sorts and counts grains through several templates, then spins medicines to let them enter filling channel for bottling. This machine is made up of material disk, several templates, swing mechanism, discharging mechanism and control system. The whole machine adopts totally-enclosed structure design, Plc system operation, and many protective devices are also installed.

Wide range of application, it is applicable to round bottles square bottles, flat bottles
It is equipped with touch screen, PLC control system of convenient operation, and steady performance.
The swing system uses the advanced structure of eccentric inner hole deviating from central axis. Variable frequency control system allows good swing effect and low noises level. The speed and the swing frequency of the machine can be adjusted.
It is made up of 316L stainless steel reasonable in construction with requirement of GMP Main technical parameters
