進口耐腐蝕化工泵泵體、泵蓋、葉輪及其輸送介質(zhì)接觸的零件均采用聚偏氟乙烯或增強聚丙烯模壓加工或注塑加工而成。聚偏氟乙烯塑料具有機械強度高,耐腐蝕性能好,是國際上應(yīng)用較廣的工程塑料之一。

使用范圍

德國漢克(HANK)耐腐蝕化工泵能滿足輸送-50℃～80℃溫度條件下的多種濃度硫酸、鹽酸、硝酸、醋酸、磷酸、鉻酸、草酸、氫氟酸和堿液、有機溶劑、氧化劑等化學(xué)介質(zhì)、是化工、氯堿、化肥、染料、試劑、農(nóng)藥、制藥、電鍍、環(huán)保等工業(yè)部門輸送不含顆粒的腐蝕性介質(zhì)的節(jié)能型泵。

結(jié)構(gòu)特點

耐腐蝕化工泵為直聯(lián)式結(jié)構(gòu),由泵體及托架與電機法蘭聯(lián)接，托架支承泵體，葉輪通過軸與電機直聯(lián)。該泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單緊湊、零件少、性能好。泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，自吸入口向電機方向看為順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，泵出口垂直向上。泵的密封，選用聚四氟乙烯(F4)波紋管，外裝式耐腐蝕機械密封。
