【粗纖維測定儀操作前準(zhǔn)備】：
1、檢查儀器電源和水的連接。
2、樣品處理，脂肪含量超過10%的樣品先經(jīng)脫脂。
3、將坩鍋用蒸餾水洗凈，使其不帶任何雜質(zhì)，并將其置于恒溫箱內(nèi)，在溫度100℃烘30分鐘，然后移入干燥器冷卻室溫，并將其標(biāo)號(hào)備用。

【酸堿水注意事項(xiàng)】：1、儀器由于經(jīng)常與酸、堿及水接觸，故定要有良好的接地。
2、注意坩鍋的安裝，可加水查看是否漏液，再加酸或堿。
3、6個(gè)坩鍋可單獨(dú)使用。
4、儀器使用后，要將燒瓶內(nèi)酸堿到出，加入自來水，將沒用過的坩鍋裝在用后的管路位置上，加水抽濾以清洗管路，延長儀器使用壽命。
5、儀器用完且清洗后，將抽濾座和消煮管下套內(nèi)密封圈取下用水清洗，如發(fā)現(xiàn)其表面有腐蝕的白色痕跡，可翻轉(zhuǎn)使用。
6、為使儀器好的散熱，使用時(shí)好將后門取下，在打開儀器的電源開關(guān)后觀察儀器內(nèi)部風(fēng)機(jī)是否旋轉(zhuǎn)，只有在風(fēng)機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)前提下才可使用儀器。用后檢查儀器內(nèi)部是否有漏液的地方，然后將后門蓋上。
7、坩鍋在500℃高溫爐內(nèi)灼燒后，應(yīng)將爐門拉開條縫，待溫度降100℃ 以下再取出。否則，由于爐內(nèi)外溫差過大易使坩鍋炸裂。acid and alkali water precautions] :
