A549細(xì)胞株 人非小細(xì)胞肺癌細(xì)胞系是1972年由GiardDJ通過(guò)肺癌組織移植培養(yǎng)建系的，源自一位58歲的白人男性。A549能通過(guò)胞苷二磷脂酰途徑合成富含不飽和脂肪酸的；角蛋白陽(yáng)性。
