The AOZ6234 is a 0.25?low-voltage DualSingle Pole
Double Throw (SPDT) analog switch. The AOZ6234
operates from a single 2.3V to 4.3V supply. It features an
ultra-low On Resistance of 0.25?at a +4.3V supply and
25°C. The AOZ6234 is designed for break-before-make
operation.
The AOZ6234 features very low quiescent current, even
when the control voltage is lower than the VCCsupply.
This feature services the handset applications
very well, allowing for the direct interface with baseband
processor general-purpose I/Os
