High speed shear mixer is a high-speed paddle type mixer suitable for high-strengthmixing of viscous powders. The nixing principle is based on a conbination of highshear force and high imact fores, and can he applied to various material applications.Quick and thorough mixing (aixing tine 30 seconds to 5 minutes): The fully autonaticunloading bin product area has no bearings or seals, and the produet tenperatureis effectively controlled. Vacuun design can be selected.

高速剪切混合機(jī)通過混合元件與內(nèi)壁之間的共同作用使物料高度混合，與現(xiàn)有的混合技術(shù)不同。混合容器采用錐形設(shè)計并配有中間轉(zhuǎn)子，轉(zhuǎn)子葉尖速度可達(dá)30m/s。物料在圓頂蓋引導(dǎo)下，向混合機(jī)中心移動，隨后其頂部沖擊葉將粘性粉末和液體分散并控制顆粒尺寸?；旌蠙C(jī)的混合機(jī)構(gòu)可確保產(chǎn)品混合均勻，時間短。

The high-speed shear mixer uses the combined action between the mixing elements andthe iner wall to achieve high mixing of naterials, which is completely differentfrom existing nixing technologies. The mixing container adopts a conical design and isequipped with an intermediate rotor, with a rotor tip speed of up to 30m/s. Underthe guidance of the done cover, the material moves towards the center of the mixer,ａnd then its top impact blades efficiently disperse the viscous powder and liquidａnd control the particle size. The mixing mechanism of the mixer ensures uniformproduct mixing and short time.

轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動過程中形成離心力，將產(chǎn)品推至容器壁，設(shè)備中間有一個頂部驅(qū)動的高速轉(zhuǎn)軸，在軸上裝有緊貼內(nèi)壁的漿式混合元件。通過高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的攪拌槳和錐形內(nèi)倉的共同作用將產(chǎn)品由底部帶至混合倉的上部，隨即又回落至混合倉底部，此種流動方式形成一種快速的宏觀混合。另外，通過混合腔體的夾套可以實現(xiàn)對產(chǎn)品溫度的控制。
