一、產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：瀝青標(biāo)準(zhǔn)粘度計(jì)適用于瀝青標(biāo)準(zhǔn)粘度試驗(yàn)（道路瀝青標(biāo)準(zhǔn)粘度計(jì)法）本方法采用道路瀝青標(biāo)準(zhǔn)粘度計(jì)測(cè)定液體石油瀝青乳化瀝青等材料流動(dòng)狀態(tài)時(shí)的粘度。本法測(cè)定的粘度應(yīng)注明溫度及流孔孔徑，以CT.d表示（T為試驗(yàn)溫度，C；d為孔徑，mm）。

Asphalt standard viscometer is suitable for asphalt standard viscosity test (road asphalt standard viscometer method). This method uses road asphalt standard viscometer to measure the viscosity of liquid petroleum asphalt, coal asphalt, emulsified asphalt and other materials in the flowing state. The viscosity measured by this method should indicate the temperature and the pore size of the orifice, expressed in CT.d (T is the test temperature, C; d is the pore size, mm).

四、儀具與材料：

一，道路瀝青標(biāo)準(zhǔn)粘度計(jì)：由下部分組成：

★ 水槽：環(huán)槽形，內(nèi)徑160mm,深100mm,中有一圓井，井壁與水槽之間距離不少于55mm。環(huán)槽中存放保溫用液體（水或油），上下方各設(shè)有A水管。水槽底離試驗(yàn)臺(tái)面約200mm。水槽控溫精密度±0.2℃。

★盛樣管：管體為黃銅而帶流孔的底板為磷青銅制成。盛樣管的流孔d有3mm±0.025mm、4mm±0.025mm、5mm±0.025mm和10mm±0.025四種。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)需要，選擇盛樣光流孔的孔徑。

★球塞：用以堵塞流孔，桿上有一標(biāo)記。球塞直徑12.7mm±0.05mm的標(biāo)記高為92mm±0.25mm，用以指示10mm盛樣管內(nèi)試樣的高度，球塞直徑6.35mm±0.05mm的標(biāo)記高為90.3mm±0.25mm，用以指示其它盛樣管內(nèi)試樣的高度。

★ 水槽蓋：蓋的中有套筒，可套在水槽的圓井上，下附有攪拌葉，蓋上有一把手，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)把手時(shí)可借攪拌葉調(diào)勻水槽內(nèi)水溫。蓋上還有一插孔，可放置溫度計(jì)。

★ 溫度計(jì)：分度為0.1℃。

★接受瓶：開口，圓柱形玻璃容器，100mL，在25mL、50mL、75mL、100mL處有刻度；也可采用100mL量筒。

★ 流孔檢查棒：磷青銅制，長(zhǎng)100mm，檢查4mm和10mm流孔及檢查3mm和5mm流孔各一支，檢查段位于兩端，長(zhǎng)度不少于10mm，直徑按流孔下限尺寸制造。

Asphalt standard viscometer instruments and materials:

I. Road asphalt standard viscometer: It consists of the following parts:

★ Water trough: ring trough, inner diameter 160mm, depth 100mm, there is a round well in the middle, the distance between the well wall and the water trough is not less than 55mm. The ring tank stores liquid (water or oil) for heat preservation, and A water pipes are arranged on the upper and lower sides. The bottom of the water tank is about 200mm from the test bench. Water tank temperature control precision ± 0.2 ℃.

★ Sample tube: The tube body is brass and the bottom plate with flow holes is made of phosphor bronze. There are four orifices d in the sample tube: 3mm ± 0.025mm, 4mm ± 0.025mm, 5mm ± 0.025mm, and 10mm ± 0.025. According to the needs of the experiment, choose the aperture of the sample optical flow hole.

★ Ball plug: used to block the flow hole, there is a mark on the rod. The diameter of the ball plug with a diameter of 12.7mm ± 0.05mm is 92mm ± 0.25mm, which indicates the height of the sample in the 10mm sample tube. The diameter of the ball plug with a diameter of 6.35mm ± 0.05mm is 90.3mm ± 0.25mm, which indicates The height of other samples in the sample tube.

★ Sink cover: There is a sleeve in the cover, which can be sleeved on the round well of the sink. There is a stirring blade under the cover. There is a handle on the cover. When you turn the handle, you can use the stirring blade to adjust the water temperature in the sink. There is also a socket for the thermometer.

★ Thermometer: The division is 0.1 ℃.

★ Receiving bottle: Open, cylindrical glass container, 100mL, there are graduations at 25mL, 50mL, 75mL, 100mL; 100mL graduated cylinder can also be used.

★ Orifice inspection rod: made of phosphor bronze, 100mm in length, inspecting 4mm and 10mm orifices and inspecting 3mm and 5mm orifices, the inspection section is located at both ends, the length is not less than 10mm, and the diameter is manufactured according to the lower limit of the orifice.

五、使用方法和注意事項(xiàng)：

★ 本試驗(yàn)儀應(yīng)水平放置于工作臺(tái)面上，室溫0~30℃，相對(duì)濕度不超過(guò)80%，無(wú)震動(dòng)，無(wú)腐蝕性氣體，且有良好的接地保護(hù)。

★ 使用前，先在恒溫水浴內(nèi)注入A的自來(lái)水，水位高度約為離上平面 15mm，用隨機(jī)軟管把兩臺(tái)儀器連接成一體。

★ 把兩臺(tái)儀器都插上電源（220V，50Hz），先啟動(dòng)恒溫水浴部分的電源開關(guān)，按照溫度控制器的使用說(shuō)明書調(diào)節(jié)溫度到所需要的值，啟動(dòng)加熱和攪拌開關(guān)，經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間后，能達(dá)到所需的溫度值。

★ 設(shè)置好恒溫水浴部分后，然后開啟真空度控制部分的電源開關(guān)。當(dāng)電源開關(guān)打開后，真空泵直接開始工作，使用者可根據(jù)真空表說(shuō)明書設(shè)定真空度（一般情況下，出廠時(shí)已經(jīng)為用戶進(jìn)行了設(shè)置，不需重新設(shè)置）。根據(jù)表上的數(shù)值，慢慢地用調(diào)壓閥調(diào)節(jié)真空度，這個(gè)過(guò)程須經(jīng)過(guò)幾次反復(fù)。（此時(shí)必須關(guān)閉連接毛細(xì)管的閥門）。

★ 試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中，打開照明開關(guān)，以便清晰觀察整個(gè)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程。

Asphalt standard viscometer use method and precautions:

★ The tester should be placed horizontally on the work surface, room temperature 0 ~ 30 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, no vibration, no corrosive gas, and good grounding protection.

★ Before use, inject the tap water of A in the constant temperature water bath, the water level is about 15mm from the upper plane, and connect the two instruments into one with a random hose.

★ Plug both instruments into the power supply (220V, 50Hz), first turn on the power switch of the constant temperature water bath part, adjust the temperature to the required value according to the instruction manual of the temperature controller, and start the heating and stirring switch. Able to reach the required temperature value.

★ After setting the constant temperature water bath part, then turn on the power switch of the vacuum degree control part. When the power switch is turned on, the vacuum pump starts to work directly, and the user can set the vacuum degree according to the manual of the vacuum gauge. According to the value on the table, slowly adjust the vacuum with the pressure regulating valve. This process must be repeated several times. (The valve connecting the capillary must be closed at this time).

★ During the test, turn on the light switch to clearly observe the entire test process.
