激光變形鏡
波前校正鏡
我們提供靈活的模塊化自適應(yīng)光學(xué)系統(tǒng)有19 - 109控制通道,鏡孔徑15 - 50 mm。變形鏡在激光應(yīng)用程序可以涂上裸露的金屬,如鋁、銀、金。我們也生產(chǎn)變形鏡在高功率激光的應(yīng)用程序。這些鏡子特點(diǎn)99.99%的反射率在一個(gè)選擇的波長。我們也提供超快速激光變形鏡,有98%的寬帶金屬/電介質(zhì)涂料550 - 1000 nm,集中在800nm。UV-enhanced可以涂上保護(hù)鋁層、優(yōu)化了266到350納米的范圍。其他類型的涂料可以定制。OKO激光變形鏡檢測固體激光器的諧振器,光學(xué)載荷高達(dá)40千瓦。
我們提供的系統(tǒng)使用壓電變形反射鏡 (PDM)和微型機(jī)械變形鏡(MMDM)。FrontSurfer波前控制系統(tǒng)作為波前傳感器和AO反饋控制器。

波前傳感器
波前傳感器系統(tǒng)包括:

微透鏡陣列
