巖棉保溫板包裝機(jī)是由自動砂漿抹面平臺，加壓壓輥，縱切鋸，橫切鋸，出料平臺，攪拌罐，網(wǎng)格布支架等部件構(gòu)成?？v切鋸采用雙片鋸或三片鋸可切割板材尺寸1200毫米或兩塊600毫米。橫切鋸采用雙片鋸切割，速度要比以往單片鋸切割的速度快一倍。切一次出兩塊600*1200或四塊600*600毫米的成品板材。橫切切割尺寸可由客戶要求定做。
 巖棉復(fù)合板是在巖棉板的基礎(chǔ)上增加了水泥抹面，使巖棉板在安裝使用中工期縮短70%，有效的提高了工程進(jìn)度。
巖棉復(fù)合板的主體材質(zhì)是玄武巖棉板，玄武巖、鐵礦石、鋁礬土等為主要原料，經(jīng)過高溫融熔加工加入適量粘結(jié)劑成的人工無機(jī)纖維，具有質(zhì)量輕、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)小、吸熱、不燃的特點(diǎn)。
