MAHLE瑪勒PI38006DNDRG100濾芯主要應(yīng)用在鋼廠、電廠石油、化工、冶金、制藥、環(huán)保、等領(lǐng)域的液壓站,為液壓系統(tǒng)或潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)的油質(zhì)進(jìn)行過濾,在液壓系統(tǒng)中,可以濾除工作介質(zhì)中的金屬粉末,橡膠顆粒和膠狀物質(zhì),使工作介質(zhì)清潔,免受雜質(zhì)污染,提高設(shè)備的工作效率,延長(zhǎng)液壓系統(tǒng)壽命。
我廠所生產(chǎn)的濾芯是對(duì)國(guó)外進(jìn)口設(shè)備用濾芯國(guó)產(chǎn)化后的替代產(chǎn)品,MAHLE瑪勒PI38006DNDRG100濾芯采用進(jìn)口濾材,在制作過程中,嚴(yán)把質(zhì)量關(guān),生產(chǎn)出的濾芯性能參數(shù)均達(dá)到了國(guó)外同等濾芯的水平,濾材波紋多并且整齊,能夠更好地納污;內(nèi)骨架采用碳鋼經(jīng)氬弧焊焊接,堅(jiān)固不會(huì)變形;流量大,過濾速度快,產(chǎn)生的壓降??;過濾精度高,過濾效果好,延長(zhǎng)油液的使用壽命,同時(shí)使設(shè)備正常安全的運(yùn)行。*可以替代MAHLE瑪勒濾芯使用。同時(shí)可以分別替代PALL,HYDAC,MANN等公司設(shè)備的產(chǎn)品。被廣泛應(yīng)用在冶金,石化,紡織,電子及制藥,火電及核電,機(jī)械加工設(shè)備,電廠,鋼廠,煤礦,及工程機(jī)械上。
特點(diǎn):
納污量大過濾精度高,過濾雜質(zhì)效果明顯, 進(jìn)而減少軸承磨損。在生產(chǎn)過程中纖維直徑及間隙可調(diào),濾芯微孔內(nèi)層小外層大,增大了流量和納污量。濾芯不易阻塞,過濾阻力小,過濾流量大,可使系統(tǒng)快速達(dá)到并維持所需要的油液清潔度從而延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。納污量大過濾精度高,過濾雜質(zhì)效果明顯, 進(jìn)而減少軸承磨損。
