一、熱變形、維卡軟化點(diǎn)溫度測(cè)定儀產(chǎn) 品 詳 細(xì) 介 紹:
  主要用于高分子材料(如塑料、橡膠、尼龍、電絕緣材料等)的熱變形及維卡軟化點(diǎn)溫度的測(cè)定。適用于大專(zhuān)院校,科研單位及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)單位。該機(jī)采用具有Windows 98、Windows2000或WindowsXP中文操作界面,配控制軟件,在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,可以時(shí)實(shí)監(jiān)控試驗(yàn)溫度、試驗(yàn)變形量的曲線(xiàn)走向,并動(dòng)態(tài)地時(shí)實(shí)繪制溫度、變形量的曲線(xiàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)歷史存盤(pán),打印試驗(yàn)報(bào)告,以便今后隨時(shí)查詢(xún)以前的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行各種實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比研究,是一種智能化*的測(cè)試儀器,當(dāng)用鼠標(biāo)點(diǎn)擊形變——溫度曲線(xiàn)的任何一處時(shí),界面會(huì)自動(dòng)顯示該處的變形量及溫度值。
  熱變形、維卡軟化點(diǎn)溫度測(cè)定儀為立式柜結(jié)構(gòu),恒溫介質(zhì)箱內(nèi)采用45o雙螺旋自動(dòng)攪拌系統(tǒng),油箱具有特殊結(jié)構(gòu),溫度均勻性好,精度保持±0.1℃。并采用*的可控硅控制溫度,位移傳感器具有精調(diào)、微調(diào)雙調(diào)整方式,具有急停開(kāi)關(guān),后控制面版為帶鎖的門(mén)式結(jié)構(gòu),機(jī)器檢修、維修方便,升降系統(tǒng)為一體機(jī)型,減少噪音。故此,介質(zhì)的溫度梯度小,恒溫均勻,當(dāng)試驗(yàn)溫度達(dá)到上限設(shè)定溫度時(shí)自動(dòng)停止加熱,試驗(yàn)架具有自動(dòng)升降功能,操作簡(jiǎn)單,在同類(lèi)機(jī)型中具有優(yōu)良的性能價(jià)格比。

三、維卡(VST)定儀:

      把試樣放在液體介質(zhì)或加熱箱中,在等速升溫條件下測(cè)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壓針在(50±1)N力的作用下,壓入從管材或管件上切取的試樣內(nèi)1mm時(shí)的溫度。

  標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試樣以平放(優(yōu)選)或側(cè)立方式承受三點(diǎn)彎曲恒定負(fù)荷,使其產(chǎn)生GB/T 1634相關(guān)部分規(guī)定的其中一種彎曲應(yīng)力,在勻速升溫條件下,測(cè)量達(dá)到與規(guī)定的彎曲應(yīng)變?cè)隽肯鄬?duì)應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)撓度時(shí)的溫度。
側(cè)立:分“平放"與“側(cè)立"兩種,并明確指出,優(yōu)選平放方式,側(cè)立方式僅是備選,并將被撤銷(xiāo)。
跨度:支座與試樣兩條接觸線(xiàn)之間距離,由一種(100mm)改為兩種64mm(平放)和100mm(側(cè)立),并規(guī)定了容差要求即跨度L應(yīng)為(100±1)mm,跨度L為(64±1)mm。

The products of thermal deformation and Vicat softening point temperature tester are introduced in detail.

It is mainly used for the determination of thermal deformation and Vicat softening point temperature of polymer materials (such as plastics, rubber, nylon, electrical insulating materials, etc.). It is suitable for colleges and universities, scientific research units and product quality supervision and inspection units. This machine adopts Windows 98, Windows 2000 or Windows XP Chinese operation interface and control software. During the test process, it can real-time monitor the curve trend of test temperature and test deformation, and dynamically draw the curve of temperature and deformation in real time, so as to realize the historical storage and print the test report, so as to query the previous test data at any time in the future and carry out various experimental data. The comparative study is a highly intelligent testing instrument. When the mouse clicks on any part of the deformation-temperature curve, the interface will automatically display the deformation and temperature value.

The temperature tester for thermal deformation and Vicat softening point is a vertical cabinet structure. 45o double helix automatic stirring system is used in the constant temperature medium box. The oil tank has a special structure, good temperature uniformity, and high accuracy (+0.1 C). It adopts advanced thyristor to control temperature, displacement sensor has fine-tuning and fine-tuning double-tuning mode, has emergency stop switch, and the rear control panel is door-type structure with locks. It is convenient for machine maintenance and maintenance, and the lifting system is integrated into one model to reduce noise. Vika (VST) tester: Put the sample in liquid medium or heating box, and measure the temperature of standard pressure needle under the action of (50 + 1) N force under the condition of constant temperature rise, when it is pressed into the sample cut from the pipe or fittings for 1 mm.

Standard specimens are subjected to constant load of three-point bending in a flat (preferred) or side-cubic manner, which results in one of the bending stresses specified in the relevant parts of GB/T 1634. Under uniform heating conditions, the temperature at which the standard deflection corresponding to the specified bending strain increment is measured.

Side-up: There are two kinds of "flat" and "side-up", and it is clearly pointed out that the side-cube is only an alternative and will be cancelled.

Span: The distance between the two contact lines of the bearing and the specimen is changed from one (100 mm) to two (64 mm) and 100 mm (lateral). The tolerance requirement is that the span L should be (100 + 1) mm and the span L should be (64 + 1) mm.
