本生產(chǎn)線主要用于報廢汽車,報廢冰箱,報廢電動機定子等難以處理報廢物料的回收,本生產(chǎn)線對待回料采破碎,粉碎,分選三道工序來進行處理.本生產(chǎn)線由輸送、破碎、粉碎、分選、集塵、控制等六大部份給成。
破碎部分：采用本廠SM1000對滾式智能破碎機。本機具有噪音小、扭距大，破碎能力強*耐用，對待破料形狀不限等特點。
粉碎部分：采用本廠DP系列粉碎機,對經(jīng)破后的物料進行粉碎.本機刀片優(yōu)化幾何設計及*的熱處理工藝,能粉硬度較高物質(zhì),*本身磨損小.*液壓推動壓迫式粉碎技術.
分選部分:分選部份采用本廠新開發(fā)的滾筒式磁器進行分選,本磁先選具有分選能力強,選別范圍大等.全線采用PLC智能控制,具有自動檢測過載,自動停車等人性化功能.操著安全,簡便.
