四、對于現(xiàn)行設備冷凝系統(tǒng)經常堵塞的情況，本設備主爐裂解出的油氣通過上方連接的氣包通入冷凝進行冷卻，油氣中冷凝產生的重油與油渣可直接回流到主爐內進行再次裂解，有效的降低渣油堵塞冷凝管道的幾率。
五、相較于他廠生產的設備，本設備配備的渣箱可緩沖廢渣堆積，通過料位計控制出渣量，使生產環(huán)境更加清潔。
