★安裝試樣
將試件裁成約48cm長的試樣,兩頭的濾膜各除去lcm,將試件的4只角剪成45°倒角,并小心地裝入管狀乳膠膜內(nèi)。
把排水板連同乳膠膜通過工作容器的孔口送入容器,沿承托板從另一孔口送出,使法蘭盤兩端的外露長度為4cm左右。
用橡膠摯分別套住排水板的出露部分,使橡膠墊緊貼法蘭盤外側(cè),并將乳膠膜翻轉(zhuǎn)包在橡膠墊上。另兩塊橡膠墊分別套住排水板的剩余出露部分,使乳膠膜的翻轉(zhuǎn)部分被央在橡膠墊之問。排水板的濾膜應(yīng)超出橡膠墊。
通過4顆螺桿分別將進水平衡水箱和溢流甲衡水箱固定在工作容器上,均勻擰緊螺絲
★通水
打開送水泵、進水口閥門3通過進水口給進水平衡水箱注水,使溢流平衡水箱的溢流口2中有水流出,持續(xù)一段時間,以使排水板中的空氣排除和濾膜充分濕潤。之后關(guān)閉進水口閥門3。
★加壓

The other two rubber pads respectively cover the remaining exposed parts of the drainage board, so that the inverted part of the latex film is centered on the rubber pad. The membrane of the drainage plate should extend beyond the rubber pad.
Fix the inlet balance water tank and overflow balance tank with 4 screws to the working container, and tighten the screws evenly
★ Passing water
Open the water supply pump and the inlet valve 3 to fill the inlet balance tank with water through the inlet, so that there is water flowing out of the overflow port 2 of the overflow balance tank for a period of time, so that the air in the drainage plate and the filter membrane are fully wetted. . Then close the water inlet valve 3.
★ Pressure
Open the drain and water supply valve of the working container, turn on the water pump switch, and enter the water through the water supply port.
