索氏提取器,又稱脂肪抽取器或脂肪抽出器。索氏提取器是由提取瓶、提取管、冷凝器三部分組成的,提取管兩側(cè)分別有虹吸管和連接管,各部分連接處要嚴(yán)密不能漏氣。提取時(shí),將待測(cè)樣品包在脫脂濾紙包內(nèi),放入提取管內(nèi)。提取瓶?jī)?nèi)加入石油醚,加熱提取瓶,石油醚氣化,由連接管上升進(jìn)入冷凝器,凝成液體滴入提取管內(nèi),浸提樣品中的脂類物質(zhì)。待提取管內(nèi)石油醚液面達(dá)到一定高度,溶有粗脂肪的石油醚經(jīng)虹吸管流入提取瓶。流入提取瓶?jī)?nèi)的石油醚繼續(xù)被加熱氣化、上升、冷凝,滴入提取管內(nèi),如此循環(huán)往復(fù),直到抽提*為止。

索氏提取器 操作步驟
1.把濾紙做成與提取器大小相應(yīng)的濾紙筒,然后把需要提取的樣品放入濾紙筒內(nèi),裝入提取器。注意濾紙筒既要緊貼器壁,又要方便取放。(濾紙筒上可以套一圈棉線,方便提取完成后取出濾紙筒。)被提取物高度不能超過虹吸管,否則被提取物不能被溶劑充分浸泡,影響提取效果。被提取物亦不能漏出濾紙筒,以免堵塞虹吸管。如果試樣較輕,可以用脫脂棉壓樣。
2.在提取用的燒瓶中加入提取溶劑和沸石(沒有沸石可以用玻璃珠或碎瓷片,目的就是防止暴沸)。
3.連接好燒瓶、提取器、回流冷凝管,接通冷凝水,加熱。沸騰后,溶劑的蒸氣從燒瓶進(jìn)到冷凝管中,冷凝后的溶劑回流到濾紙筒中,浸取樣品。溶劑在提取器內(nèi)到達(dá)一定的高度時(shí),就攜帶所提取的物質(zhì)一同從側(cè)面的虹吸管流入燒瓶中。溶劑就這樣在儀器內(nèi)循環(huán)流動(dòng),把所要提取的物質(zhì)集中到下面的燒瓶?jī)?nèi)。索氏萃取具有可靠的自動(dòng)化性,通用性和真正達(dá)標(biāo)性等特點(diǎn),適用于所有范圍的固-液萃取,不用擔(dān)心會(huì)受困于方法的開發(fā),還向您好提供了*的程序調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù)庫。對(duì)于那些已經(jīng)建立并且*的萃取技術(shù),RB90B-811 保留有四種不同的即用型萃取模式,

Operation procedure of soxler extractor
1. Filter the filter paper to the filter cartridge corresponding to the size of the extractor, and then place the samples that need to be extracted into the filter cartridge and load the extractor. Note that the filter cartridge should be both close to the wall and easy to be released.
(a loop of cotton thread can be set on the filter cylinder to facilitate the extraction of the filter cartridge.) The extract height cannot exceed the siphon, otherwise the extract cannot be fully soaked by the solvent, affecting the extraction effect.
The filter can not be used to prevent the siphon from being blocked. If the sample is lighter, you can press the sample with the absorbent cotton.
2. Add solvent and zeolite to the extracted flask (no zeolite can be used with glass beads or pieces of porcelain to prevent overboiling).
3. Connect the flask, extractor and reflux condenser tube, and connect the condenser water to heat. After boiling, the vapor from the solvent goes from the flask to the condensing tube, and the condensed solvent is returned to the filter cylinder to soak up the sample.
When the solvent reaches a certain height in the extractor, it carries the extracted material from the side siphon to the flask. The solvent then circulates through the instrument, concentrating the material to be extracted
