產(chǎn)品介紹 C9orf4 is a 344 amino acid single-pass membrane protein that is primarily expressed in adult and fetal brain and is weakly expressed in spinal cord, adult ovary and medulla. C9orf4 contains one DOMON domain, a predominantly β-sheet domain that is thought to aide in extracellular adhesion. The gene encoding C9orf4 maps to human chromosome 9, which consists of about 145 million bases and 4% of the human genome and encodes nearly 900 genes. Considered to play a role in gender determination, deletion of the distal portion of 9p can lead to development of male to female sex reversal, the phenotype of a female with a male X,Y genotype. Hereditary hemorrhagic angiectasia, which is characterized by harmful vascular defects, is associated with the chromosome 9 gene encoding endoglin protein, ENG. Familial dysautonomia is also associated with chromosome 9 though through the gene IKBKAP. Notably, chromosome 9 encompasses the largest interferon family gene cluster. Chromosome 9 is partnered with chromosome 22 in the translocation leading to the aberrant production of BCR-ABL fusion protein often found in leukemias.
腦蛋白CG6抗體儲(chǔ)存溫度：存在于血清、組織培養(yǎng)上清液或腹水中的抗體在-20℃下能夠*儲(chǔ)存。低溫存放不會(huì)損傷抗體活性?？贵w的工作液通常儲(chǔ)存于4℃中。此溫度下，抗體的活性能穩(wěn)定數(shù)月至數(shù)年亦不損失?？贵w溶液不應(yīng)反復(fù)凍融，因?yàn)榉磸?fù)凍融將導(dǎo)致部分抗體失活并產(chǎn)生不需要的蛋白—蛋白凝聚物?？贵w的凝聚能導(dǎo)致活性喪失。這是由于抗原結(jié)合位點(diǎn)的空間構(gòu)象被破壞，或由于產(chǎn)生的不溶物被離心或過(guò)濾而除去。冷凝蛋白類(lèi)的抗體不能存放于4℃。因?yàn)樵?℃下此類(lèi)抗體會(huì)發(fā)生沉淀。一些鼠源性IgG3亞類(lèi)的抗體有此特性。如果抗體在4℃下發(fā)生沉淀，就應(yīng)該存放于室溫下的疊氮鈉溶液中。
